Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join a dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will place a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimising their network infrastructure, focusing on automation, and modern DevOps practices.

Description
This role will encompass a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Design, develop, and implement automated solutions for network provisioning, configuration management, and troubleshooting.
- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab or Jenkins to automate network configuration, deployment, and testing processes.
- Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to integrate network infrastructure with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Develop scripts and automation workflows using programming languages such as Python, Bash, or other relevant languages.
- Utilise network automation tools (eg, Ansible, Puppet, Chef) to streamline network operations, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Work on integrating third-party platforms APIs to enable process automation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance network automation capabilities.
- Create documentation and provide training to team members on automated network processes and tools.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Experience in network engineering combined with hands-on experience in DevOps practices and tools.
- Proficiency in network automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar
- Strong programming and Scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation purposes.
- Good understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and security concepts.
- Experience with networking technologies is a plus
- Prior experience in API integration, preferably in network management of Infrastructure Automation.
- Excellent problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving network efficiency through automation
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
